Solution SACCO Joined the world in celebrating this year’s Customer Service Week Themed “The Power of service” from 4th – 8th October 2021.
The CEO, Mr. Daniel Kinyua Marete thanked the Board and Staff for their dedication and commitment towards offering excellent customer service. He also expressed his appreciation to members for journeying with us over the years and urged them to continue supporting the SACCO as it aims to expand in Kenya and beyond.
The week was filled with pomp and colour and lots of activities aimed to celebrate the internal and external customers across all the branches in the country. The Sacco took the opportunity to engage with customers throughout the week appreciating them for the patronage and the opportunity to serve them.
The SACCO Chairman, Mr. Francis Muriithi Rimberia and Directors Joined in the celebration and flagged off the free medical check up to the customers. Members enjoyed goodies, free basic medical checkup and financial advice from the SACCO.
